White Pine Main Street 2024/2025 Facade Improvement Program

The White Pine Main Street Association has launched the Façade Improvement Incentive Program to enhance the White Pine Main Street Designated District. This initiative offers financial assistance through forgivable loans of up to $20,000 to commercial property and business owners for façade improvements. The program aims to revitalize the district, stimulate private investment, and create a more attractive and pedestrian-friendly environment.

Eligibility is limited to properties within the designated district, with a focus on projects that significantly improve the visual appeal of commercial building facades. The program supports various improvements, including design and permit fees, with priority given to projects that involve historical restoration, address blighted areas, or are adjacent to new public facilities.
